The Thousandth Inch LLC specializes in small, high-wear components for industrial manufacturing equipment. From guides and spacers to brackets, guards, and changeover parts, we help maintenance and engineering teams get reliable parts without long lead times or expensive tooling. With hands-on experience running thermoformers, extrusion lines, and trim presses, we understand how critical fit, tolerance, and material choice are to keeping production moving. We work from your sample part, rough sketch, or CAD file to deliver functional replacements that drop into your existing process.
