What file types can I send?
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files. Upload them directly through the order form and we review every file before quoting.
Can you recreate a discontinued or broken part?
Yes. Replacement and legacy parts are our specialty. If you have a CAD file we can print it; if you only have the physical part, contact us about reverse engineering it.
How fast will I get my parts?
Typical turnaround is 48 hours from quote approval for standard jobs. Larger runs and special materials are quoted with their own timeline before you commit.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on material used, quantity, and setup. You get a firm quote to approve before anything is printed, and payment is only collected after you approve it.
